The Prep Kitchen was built around a simple idea. People want healthy meals without thinking about them. Not aspirational eating. Not trends. Just reliable, good food that fits into real life. From the start, this was an operations first business. Menu planning, sourcing, portioning, production cadence, and fulfillment mattered more than marketing hacks. The product had to show up every week and deliver the same experience every time. My role was focused on helping sharpen the brand, digital experience, and growth systems so the business could scale without losing what made it work in the first place.

This is an operations led brand. Menu planning, sourcing, portioning, production cadence, and fulfillment drive everything downstream.

My role is hands on and ongoing. I work closely with the team to sharpen brand clarity, improve the digital experience, and build growth systems that respect operational reality instead of fighting it.
